We’re the Fongs, a Chinese-Filipino-American family sharing something we’ve always known (good flavor isn’t scary).
What started in our own kitchen grew into a small family business built on the belief that MSG brings out the best in food.
It’s not some mystery ingredient, just a simple way to make meals taste better. We’re here to pass that along with honesty, tradition, and a whole lot of love.
